Summerhill is situated in the heart of the Stellenbosch wine lands and Charles and Ingrid benefit from their unique position as a boutique Stellenbosch wine producer.

Attention to detail is of paramount importance and our vineyard team is very proud of their achievement through the unprecedented care of each individual vine. Because we are a boutique farm we can afford the time and commitment, and don’t have to utilize a shotgun approach. This has allowed us to maintain the strictest standards to grow the best grapes possible, in order to consistently achieve the quality wines that nature intended.
