Silvermist a 60 acre Mountain Lodge and Wine Estate, is situated on Constantia Nek located within the famous Table Mountain National Park. Our family run Lodge and Wine Estate produces a superb Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and a Shiraz – the property is the only organically certified wine Estate in the Constantia Valley and our hand picked harvest is nurtured to maturity by our wine maker, Gregory Brink Louw.
