Often, the first observation made about our wines is about the colour. Our reds are perhaps among the darkest, deepest coloured wines to be found. This is a result of a combination of the terroir and the vinification process.
The cellar only produces a small quantity of wine and the winemaker assumes a hands-on and conscientious approach to each step. With creativity, he fine-tunes the whole wine package.
