Enter the captivating world of PaardenKloof Estate where limited reserve wines, an indigenous Stud Herd of Nguni cattle, organically reared sheep, rare pristine fynbos, natural honey and olives are all on offer at the edge of a wilderness area where leopard, lynx and buck still roam.
Twenty-three hectares of vineyards with grape varieties specifically sourced for their suitability to our terroir constitutes the estate’s pivotal passion. PaardenKloof Estate’s wine cellar is home to limited edition single vineyard varietals of premium matured Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc wines. The release of the wines under the PaardenKloof Estate label begins in 2013, when members, associates and colleagues will savour PaardenKloof Estate’s ultra premium quality vintages that have been slow matured for over 5 years.
Respect for time, the natural environment, the cool sea breezes and the soil structure, together with our careful vineyard management, harvesting practices and passion have ensured that PaardenKloof Estate wines give true expression to their unique location.
