Kloovenburg Wine and Olive Estate

A place where the age-old virtues of the soil and climate are harnessed to the vision of the future held by owner and winemaker, Pieter du Toit

Energy and enthusiasm, purpose and vision. The Du Toits of Kloovenburg have these – by the barrelful. Enough to achieve the high standards they have set for their wines – and enough to maintain a proud family tradition through decades to come. Come and enjoy the fruits of their labours – at Kloovenburg.

The estate is situated in the Riebeek Valley, part of the Swartland, an area which offers the visitor the attractions of hiking, day drives, birding and of course some of the country’s most picturesque scenery.

Treat yourself to a tour around this lovely part of the Western Cape and be sure to pay Kloovenburg a visit. See the cool, quiet cellar, taste the wines and acquire a few favourites. The delectable products of the estate’s olive groves are also on sale, so take home a selection of sun-ripened olives, tapenade, fine olive oil and natural olive-based beauty products.
