Franki's Vineyards
Franki’s Vineyards forms part of what is planned as a world-class tourist destination including a fully integrated Rooibos tea estate and one of the country’s most significant collections of classic and competition motor vehicles.
Franki’s Vineyards is a registered estate with 22 hectares of unusual grape cultivars including Mourvèdre, Grenache Noir and Viognier. The vineyards were established in 2004 and the first bottling was in 2007. Only small quantities of the annual harvest is processed in the boutique cellar. The focus is in producing a Rhone style blend with the above mentioned cultivars. A single cultivar Viognier was bottled in 2010.
