Asara Wine Estate prides itself on being “Out with the Ordinary”… We strive to produce a range of award winning wines that can please a diverse collection of palates – from the discerning wine connoisseur to the every day wine drinker – and have become, according to the renowned John Platter wine guide “one of the Cape’s latest success stories…”.

Wine tastings are conducted in The Wine Bar, a rustic setting that is social, but always offers a cosy table somewhere in the corner. Tasting experiences include basic tastings, blind tastings and tastings using tinted wineglasses. Professional tastings in the Vinoteque are also available on request.

The Wine Bar is positioned in a setting unrivalled for its beauty. Here, guests can spend hours in the sunlight tasting award-winning wines, listening to birdsong and relishing the South African landscape.
